Description
We are seeking a dynamic Vendor Enablement & Experience Lead (Vice President) to lead vendor engagement, performance, and governance for a high-priority line of business within Consumer & Community Banking. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our business, sourcing, and vendor partners-ensuring well-structured contracts, efficient onboarding, compliance, and operational readiness to achieve accelerated project goals.As a Vendor Management Lead Vice President within the Consumer & Community Banking Vendor Management team, you will oversee end-to-end vendor operations, facilitate regular performance reviews to uphold service quality and responsiveness, and present key updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage large number of contingent labor and professional service engagements ranging from simple one time and material to managed agreements / fixed deliverables to complex, multi-year vendor agreements
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with key stakeholders including Technology, Finance and Sourcing
- Build and manage relationships with internal key contacts, ensuring Vendor Enablement and Experience requirements and objectives are adhered to with data collection and requirements gathering, validating budget funding, contract negotiations, and execution of vendor processes
- Assist in the strategy for evaluating and monitoring vendors in the Tech space
- Serve as subject-matter for all phases of the supplier engagement lifecycle
- Partner and influence clients to ensure legal, risk, compliance and/or controls requirements are satisfied
- Produce executive level communications about programs inclusive of status, risks, issues, and delivery roadmap
- Assist product teams to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience in software/hardware professional services sourcing, vendor, partner, or relationship management, technology or product management
- Strong competencies in use of MS Office packages (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong at multi-tasking and time management discipline
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience with client management and project management
- Strong understanding of banking and departmental procedures, functions, and activities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with third party risk oversight/sourcing/vendor management/Technology Project Management

Final Job Grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting. This role does not provide relocation assistance so all candidates must be local to the work locations listed in the job posting or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hiring. Candidates must be able to physically work in our offices full-time (5 days). The specific details and timing will be determined and communicated by direct management.
