• Manage government antitrust investigations and merger enforcement actions, including handling Second Requests with diligence and attention to detail.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver seamless legal solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Prepare detailed legal documents, including cover letters, memoranda, and responses to regulatory inquiries, maintaining accuracy and clarity at all times.
• Advise clients on evolving antitrust regulations and best practices for compliance in transactional contexts, helping them navigate changing legal landscapes.
• Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to collective expertise.
