- Prepare detailed legal documents, including cover letters, memoranda, and responses to regulatory inquiries, maintaining accuracy and clarity at all times.
- Advise clients on evolving antitrust regulations and best practices for compliance in transactional contexts, helping them navigate changing legal landscapes.
- Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to collective expertise.
