Working as part of a dedicated Investor Shared Service Team (ISS) who are primarily responsible for Registration activities across Ireland, Guernsey, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom, Transfer Agency Department, providing high touch client service to a range of Northern Trust's Transfer Agency clients.
The department provides third party fund services to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, finance, and the Investor Services Centre.

- Support the Manager in day-to-day activities and act as deputy in their absence.
- Oversee processing quality and timeliness across Ireland and India teams, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Act as escalation point for unresolved issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Manage client escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and analyse workflow queues to optimise resource allocation.
- Take ownership of assigned clients, including onboarding activities and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procedures and checklists to support operational consistency.
- Perform data protection checks and ensure all external communications comply with Transfer Agency policy.
- Build strong working relationships with other TA functional areas and internal stakeholders to support seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing operational risk.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and represent the Registration Team in group initiatives.
- Respond to client and investor queries promptly, demonstrating professionalism and client-centricity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Northern Trust policies at all times.
- Cross Jurisdictional support for the Onboarding process
- Support the BAU TTF HUB day-to-day activities in the managers absence.
- Transfer Agency experience is required.
- Financial Services experience is required.
- Previous client facing experience is favourable.
- College/ University qualification is highly desirable.
