THIS POSITION IS BASED IN LONDONExceptional Opportunity: Senior Real Estate Relationship Manager - Nordics
£90000 - £110000 + Bonus + Generous Benefits + visa sponsorship + some relocation expenses
Central London (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Are you an accomplished professional with deep expertise in the Nordic commercial real estate market? A leading international banking institution is seeking a dynamic individual to drive growth and client relationships across the Scandinavian region in order to grow its commercial real estate lending propositions and facilities.
What You'll Do
The role will focus on the Scandinavian real estate market where they are looking for business growth in terms of its commercial real estate lending portfolio.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand a high-value portfolio of commercial real estate clients in the Nordics.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, investors, and financial partners.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities, working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyse credit risk, prepare credit proposals, and ensure robust portfolio performance aligned with best-in-class risk standards.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitor the performance of the real estate portfolio ensuring credit facilities meet the bank's risk appetite.
What You Bring
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial real estate banking, with a proven track record in the Scandinavian markets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nordic real estate landscape and its major players.
- Outstanding business development and relationship management abilities.
- Advanced financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management skills.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is highly valued but not essential.
