Description
- Lead and execute timely, accurate regulatory transaction and position reporting across APAC (HKMA, MAS, ASIC, SEBI, etc.) for equities and fixed income
- Own APAC regulatory reporting processes (trade repositories, SEBI, QFII, short position reporting) and act as subject-matter expert.
- Maintain and enhance control frameworks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
- Partner with IT on design, testing, and deployment of reporting architecture, automation and AI-enabled controls.
- Prepare and validate data for regulator surveys and ad-hoc requests.
- Define test cases, conduct UAT, and manage release follow-ups for regulatory projects.
- Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, ITO and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data flow and resolve reporting gaps.
- Produce regular status updates for management and support strategic reporting initiatives.
