As a Product Director of Value-Add Services in our Banking Payments Small and Mid-Sized Business team, you will shape the strategy and delivery of solutions that protect clients from fraud and enhance their payment journeys. You will collaborate with talented colleagues to design features that simplify how businesses move money and interact with our platforms. Together, we focus on making payments safer, smarter, and more intuitive for our clients. Your work will directly influence how businesses thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Job responsibilities:
- Define strategy, roadmap and own refinements / iterations to strategy based on business objectives, customer research, competitive dynamics and collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Lead and partner with product delivery and tech teams to enable new offerings and refine existing experiences
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for delivery issues
- Manage internal risk and compliance review processes to support launch and ensure a strong control environment
- Monitor industry assessment that provides detailed insights into the competitive landscape and best practices
- Partner with teams (product, design, technology, risk, legal, compliance, ops, marketing, field support) to manage prioritization and resourcing
- Structure and sponsor analytics to define new opportunities and examine performance of existing offerings
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10+ years product leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing transformations of mission-critical payments and digital platforms and of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives
- Strong executive presence; comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management
- Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
- Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
- Proven track record at leading high performing teams
- Experience working in Agile required
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Financial Services experience strongly preferred
- Payments experience preferred
