Job Description:

Upon contract award, we have an exciting opportunity for a HUMINT Desk Officer. Candidate will support INSCOM HQ in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Duties:

• Conduct day-to-day technical oversight, coordination, deconfliction, and synchronization of HUMINT operations in their assigned area of responsibility
• Provide expertise on Arm HUMINT policy, doctrine, strategy, requirements, and priorities in support of SECARMY requirements
• Track, maintain, and update running estimates regarding tasks and initiatives for senior level meetings and briefings
• Provide HUMINT expertise to support policy formulation, resource management, source validation, and operational risk assessments
• Review and analyze HUMINT reporting and develop recommendations to mitigation or identified CI risks to HUMINT operations

Job Requirements:

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Certification required is CAT 1 MSO
• Minimum of 14 years in a HUMINT management or leadership position
• Minimum of 8 years of strategic experience conducting controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years
• Supports cyber HUMINT or technical operations
• Minimum of 6 years supporting Intelligence organization with analysis, briefings, battle staff coordination, and all aspects of the intelligence cycle
• Must have a Top Secret/SCI with poly clearance
