Job Description:

Upon contract award, we have an exciting opportunity for a HUMINT Desk Officer. Candidate will support INSCOM HQ in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Duties:
- Conduct day-to-day technical oversight, coordination, deconfliction, and synchronization of HUMINT operations in their assigned area of responsibility
- Provide expertise on Arm HUMINT policy, doctrine, strategy, requirements, and priorities in support of SECARMY requirements
- Track, maintain, and update running estimates regarding tasks and initiatives for senior level meetings and briefings
- Provide HUMINT expertise to support policy formulation, resource management, source validation, and operational risk assessments
- Review and analyze HUMINT reporting and develop recommendations to mitigation or identified CI risks to HUMINT operations
Job Requirements:
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Certification required is CAT 1 MSO
- Minimum of 14 years in a HUMINT management or leadership position
- Minimum of 8 years of strategic experience conducting controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years
- Supports cyber HUMINT or technical operations
- Minimum of 6 years supporting Intelligence organization with analysis, briefings, battle staff coordination, and all aspects of the intelligence cycle
- Must have a Top Secret/SCI with poly clearance
