As an HR Data Management Specialist within the Employee Data Operations (EDO) team, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of our human resources data. You will manage and maintain employee information within our HR systems, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance HR processes through effective data management. You will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to optimize HR operations and help achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Update employee personal, position, and job-related information in JPMC's system of records (HCM & PeopleSoft), including mergers and acquisitions.
- Provide employment verification letters and conduct reference checks for ex-employees as requested by external parties.
- Manage the Records Management process for imaging, storage, and retrieval of employee documents in a secure, centralized environment.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry and maintenance of employee information in PeopleSoft and HCM systems.
- Provide specialized support tailored to the unique needs and compliance requirements of each region.
- Conduct regular audits and data validation to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive employee information.
- Analyze and update employee data in PeopleSoft/HCM, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Work on daily BAU and Data Integrity reports to maintain high data quality standards.
- Act as a point of contact for data-related queries and provide necessary assistance and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned requests and follow up to ensure closure.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with risk and compliance policies.
- Graduate in any stream with 1+ years of experience in HR operations.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft/HCM or similar HR systems.
- Working knowledge of HCM Cloud or other HR applications, PEGA, Service Now tool.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR data management, HRIS administration, or a related HR role.
- Experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to generate insights from data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and auditing data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
