Head of Pricing Governance & Controls

Join a leading health insurer investing heavily in pricing transformation - embedding robust governance, control, and assurance frameworks to strengthen pricing capability and deliver fair, data-driven customer outcomes.

As Head of Pricing Governance & Controls, you'll shape and lead the pricing governance strategy, ensuring risk and compliance frameworks are effective, agile, and commercially aligned. You'll oversee assurance, underwriting governance, and quality control, driving transparency and control across all pricing activity.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders to balance commercial performance with customer fairness, embedding strong model governance and control processes across the pricing lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong pricing experience, particularly within governance, the ability to manage a team, and challenge stakeholders.
